No, but there was one night I remember in college that I took a sleeping pill, only to have my mother call me just as I was falling asleep, so I ended up staying up all night after all.....

No, I ussually just pass out from exhaustion. But by the tone of this question I suspect you feel you are overburdened. Try Tai Chi, or Jack Daniels. And try to turn your mind off when you go to bed. Good luck.
