how come we have not invaded Iran and North korea, Cuba, Venezuala and Columbia?

Priority and Fear.
Don't worry about Iran, Bush is setting up Iran...
Why do you think he invaded Afghanistan and then Iraq? Simple, invade the neighbourhood, and then take over the main target. Iran IS the main target in the middle east.
North Korea - FEAR! Bush is scared shitless of the Koreans. At a time when Bush was 'looking' for weapons in Iraq, Korea said it out loud 'We got them....come get them'.....and the Americans were nowhere to be found.
Cuba - simply waiting for Castro to die. Big are the chances that once Fidel passes, his brother will take over and slowly turn it into a democratic country. it has been stated that they don't share common point of views when it comes to their government. Fidel's brother is muh more liberal.
Venezuela and Columbia are major black-market investors in the states, so don't expect them to disappear off the map anytime soon. VERY low priority when it comes to be 'taken care of' by the Bush Administration.

Stratigy would be my guess...maybe they are taking out the most serious threats first (Al Quida camps in Afganistan)...then the counties with the most finacial support (Iraq?)...next should be Iran due to the Neuclear threat...
Kill off the main members, and take out a large portion of the funding and the other less involved or smaller countries will give up the fight...or maybe they will see what happened in other nations and decide to do their own house cleaning - so to speak...
Just my thoughts but I could be wrong...
