If you can't identify where it can from by the author or subject of an e-mail it is best to delete w/o opening.
By opening such an e-mail you subject yourself to any file they may have sent & verify to the sender that your e-mail address is a valid adderss.

Welcome to answers! This is a trick to sneak the spam past spam filters. Usually you will find 1 semi coherent sentence and url in the message or a image embedded with link .

Be careful! I once opened one just to check what it was about and ended up with a trojan!
Just delete them as soon as you receive them!
