I want to connect to a peercast radio and I can't. When I open it in winamp it keeps connecting... What to do?

I connect to the internet through a LAN and I don't have an routable IP (i guess this is how it's called), my IP looks like this: 192.168.0.xxx

Help!

WinAmp should connect fine...maybe the radio station is down at the moment.
