Yes. The sun can damage your lips. Most have an SPF to them. I use mine all year long.

Yes. But make sure to use one with at least an spf10 in it, or you're wasting your time.

Lips get chapped because they're dried out from the sun, wind, whatever. One with an spf in it not only moisturizes, but it protects from the sun.

Be careful, though. Only use it when you need it, or your lips may become dependent on it. I know it sounds stupid, but you can actually make your lips worse unless you only use it when you need to. Lips stay more dried out more often, the more you use it.

yes, if the lips dry up, there is nothing wrong in using a lip palm and by using lip balm the moisture is retained.

it's ok to use balm in summers but when you apply balm avoid cool air or it will make the area stiff on which balm is applied

I think they invented lip balm to dry up your lips, and make you need more...Then you buy more, too...Is there any evidence that it help your lips?

yes, u can use lip balm all year round as it makes lips softer and smooth an removes cracks ....because of dryness

no actually thats why people invented kissing. u are supposed to be kissing someone all the time. it is the natural evolution of human kind to evolve into lean, mean constant kissing machines....lol

yea definitely, coz its important to moisturise skin in all seasons, moreover, it will prevent yer lips from tannin........ which is a big nono.!

it's not that useful..

i myself had tried using lipbalm, but it makes my lips getting worser..
