well it depends.... someone might be proficient in english but totally suck in terms of producing good work output... muahaha. What if the situation is turned around? Do you need to brush up your Tamil or whatever you call it? Too bad work out sourcing happens... cause the rich guys wanna get richer by hiring outsiders and paying them less... this happens in my country as well.... bad bad bad.

a lot of IT jobs are now being outsourced in India but the only dilemma company's are having is the communication. so most of them ends up keeping IT services in their companys.
