I would not hold my breath if I were you.
Michael Jackson has been dragged though the mud with child molestation charges (which were dropped) and child endangerment charges (cleared again) and, despite his fan base, he will probably never get back into the music scene.
Most people have found him guilty and, for that reason, they refuse to support him.
Much in the same way that Mel Gibson has lost a large fan base with his anti-semitic rantings when he was arrested for a DUI, Michael Jackson has also lost a large fan base.
He has enough money to live comfortably without touring anymore.

Hopefully never. Child molesters don't deserve fame and fortune. He is very lucky that he's not in prison. If he is smart (which he obviously is NOT), he'll just fade away.
