NasruAllah, Jews DO NOT think that they are favored in the sense of being superior or above the rest of humanity. And neither does G-d as far as I know. I don't know what is worse - your Hatred or your Ignorance.

NasruAllah, try reading some Buddha or Meditation or watch Seinfeld.

Personally, I myself have a great respect for the teachings of Buddha and Jesus.

The "Chosen Race" issue has been misconstrued and is based on a great misconception - the Covenant of G-d.

It is not so much that G-d chose the Jews, as the Jews chose G-d. The Covenant was offered to all the nations in the Bible, but no one else accepted at the time - over 5,000 years ago.

Judaism is the oldest Monotheist religion.

And if anything that is a great Burden and Responsibility as well as Challenge rather than a Blessing.

To put it simply as Isaiah put it, the Jewish people chose to accept the Covenant of G-d to be "a Light (Beacon) unto the Nations".

G-d NEVER chose the Jewish people as superior but offered the Covenant to Abraham - Covenant of Abraham, and to Moses - Covenant of Moses, and they accepted / chose it.

The Jewish people chose to fulfill a mission and a task when they accepted to keep the Covenant of G-d. Not to be a superior people.

VERY IMPORTANT: G-d created the world to have Diversity. G-d's Covenant with Abraham DOES NOT exclude the possibility of other peoples, cultures and faiths, for example Buddhism, finding their own relationship with G-d through the SHARED framework of Covenants starting from Noah, Abraham, and Moses onwards.

Read the Biblical Covenant in Wikipedia.

There you have it. I hope you can understand this NasruAllah.

Chill out - Have a great Bank Holiday.

Jews were chosen.... to obey the covenant. It's a burden we are supposed to bear. We are supposed to set an example of a righteous life.

We were not chosen to win the lottery. It would have been better for Abraham to have stayed in Ur. That's where the oil is.

Muslims have also declared themselves as "The Best of Mankind" and have dismissed others as "Kafirs," a phrase also used by white racist South Africans to describe Native Africans. So it's not as if Jews are the only religion guilty of such elitist statements.

God isn't racist. But Hezbollah is.

I don't know if God favors Jews or not but I don't think Allah is favoring the Arabs at all. Every time they go against the country of Israel they come up with the smelly end of the stick. Why is that?

God does love us all, indeed, God loves us enough to allow God's own child to accept the punishment for all our mistakes.

God, did however, choose the descendants of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob to be God's people. They were chosen for a purpose: "to be a light unto the nations." (Isaiah 42:6, Isaiah 49:6)

In the Apostle Paul's letter to the Romans, Paul asks "Did God reject his people?" and then answers himself "By no means!" (Romans 11:1)

For more on God's plan for teh descendants of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob (the Jewsish people) read Romans 9-11

God isn't racist, but God favoured for the Jews and that is simply because of his promise to Abraham.

I believe his favor basically meant that he had higher expectations for the jews, which they again and again failed to reach and they were punished for this.

God can also favor a particular nation or people simply because of their heart to please him,, yet God does judge each one of us individually.

The bible DOES say that Israel is his chosen people.
And he made a covenant with that nation to be favored above all nations.

That convenant was made before Jesus came along. And God honors his word.

If you want to put a valid point of view across, if you want to open a dialogue, if you want to ask a serious question, this is not the way to do it.

So what are you trying to do?
