It goes through the process of printing but doesnt print nothing at all. It only sends blank pages every time. It sometimes says i need an inkjet installation disk but i cant find it online so i can download it. Can anyone help?

Unistall the printer
Start>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programme
then goto:
