Interesting conundrum ... for sure a written agreement is verbal, and an oral verbal agreement doesn't mean a thing unless there are witnesses or both parties admit to the agreement.

As the word says "a verbal agreement is one which is made by mere means of words, or when we enter into an agreement by means of our words, its called a verbal agreement."
A salesman assuring you that the product wont be a fake one, he is actually making an oral agreement, you can sue him if the product turned out to be fake.
And an oral agreement is not neccassarily documented.

A verbal agreement has no legal value. It is only an
informal pact between two people, who, presumably
trust each other.

no. Verbal agreements are binding only if both paries agree & keep the agreement.
Written agreements can be broken also. But at least you have
a leg to stand on. lol

cool question, they both have the same value, only with the written one theres solid evidence whereas with a verbal one is someones word against someone elses
