The weather in the UK is changing as well. The Gulf stream has been measured by the London weather centre and has been found to have shifted by one degree. No one knows if it is a natural phenomena or if pollution is playing a critical part.Perhaps the holes in the ozone layer are taking their toll. In regard to the conspiracy theory you put forward-the people doing what you imply are less obvious than any one of us thinks and their subtle methods are undetectable.They are very good at what they do as they have centuries of experience.

I've heard about the freakishly cold weather in SA from friends and family. I reckon since its a bit warmer in the UK-especially the south, the weather needs to compensate for making it colder in SA.
