There are breast tendons that hold the breasts up. Unlike other tendons, these don't recover once stretched out, thus: sagging breasts. Anything that we can do to ease the stress on the tendons will help. Most importantly, wearing the correct size of bra. Most women do not size themselves correctly. If their body size changes, they'll adjust the number, but not the cup and vice versa. That might be something else for your friend to look into if she is really concerned.

When I became pregnant with my first child (at age 27) a friend told me to get a comfortable sports bra and wear it at night. That was 10 years ago and I am always wearing a bra, day and night. And my breast are as perky as they were before I had children. I nursed my daughter for 20 months and I went on to have twins who nursed for 6 months. I am a large B cup and they are not "going south", not one bit. The only problem I am having is that I don't remember who gave me that great tip!!! I would like to thank her and so would my husband.

its is true when u r pregnant n after delivery till u feed u'r child
actually the size of boobies increases to 2-3 i.e if its 34 n in pregnancy it will increase to 38
so at this time when the normal shape returns the sagging is common in those who had not used proper fitted bras during this period
otherwise also when in young girls whose size is increasing need to wear proper fitted bras to bring good shape
but in night one can take it off to let them also breath properly have some space so its not compulsory to wear bras in night.it wont do any harm
but remember to avoid sagging one should always use proper fitted bras n exercises

Well let's analyze the situation here.
Gravity tends to pull things down , hence it will also over a period of time pull "Them " down stretching the skin.
Depending on how big those jokers are .
Don,t wear a brae for a while and watch how far they'll stretch past your belly.
I've also notice this with my "B,B's .When I switch from briefs to boxers , the skin started to stretch and now they're hanging lower than before.

sleeping with a bra on is not bad for you. i do it all the time. how would it cause breast cancer???? you wear it on the outside of your body not the inside so i dont think you can get breast cancer. some people find it uncomfortable to sleep with a bra on but i find it uncomfortable to sleep without one. it really depends on what you're comfortable with. as for the breathing thing. YOUR BOOBS DO NOT BREATHE!! they are lumps of fat on your chest lol they cant breath. maybe you should sleep completley naked so you can let your arms and legs breathe too otherwise you mite get cancer! anyways. i dont think sleeping with a bra on can make ur boobs less saggy but some people mite think otherwise. gravity could pull them down but i doubt that at nite will you are laying down and sleeping that gravity can pull them down but who knows if somethings constantly holding them up they mite not sag as much. i think they'll just sag with age and theres not much you can do about it.
tell your friend if she thinks it will work give it a try.

Here's the real scoop on breats. You are genetically predisposed to have either perky breasts or not so perky ones. Wearing your bra at night is not going to change that. The only thing that will is surgery.

It really isnt good to wear your bra 24/7. Your breasts need rest too. I don't think a cotton bra with no underwire would hurt, but I wouldn't wear an underwire bra to bed.

My feeling is that it is the pull downwards that make boobs sag - so lying down with or without a bra cannot have any effect. I guess anything is worth a try

I do not sleep with a bra on, it is too uncomfortable. My boobs are having a race to see which one gets to my waist first. A friend of mine tucks hers into her pants.
