If you go through the start menu to the Mozilla Firefox folder, there should be a file called "Unwise". If it's there, select it and Firefox will uninstall. If it's not, install Firefox again on top of your existing copy and you will find that Windows can uninstall it.

Try reinstalling it and then uninstalling it again through Add/Remove Programs...maybe something happened when it was uninstalling that made it fail.

You might have left some profile or something behind.

However, I suggest you do not remove it. I use Firefox all the time.

Need more details.
Does it remain in the add/remove programs list?
Does parts of it remain but some is removed?
Is there no option you can see for removal?
And,
Why would you want to remove it?
