I've got bloody potsful of pens that have come through the post with a survey or as a "gift" - but have you ever had a good look at them? I had so many that when one day I realised that some of them were just the right size to use in a model-making project I was involved in, I started to shorten them, and in so doing I found that on average, they had just over a quarter of an inch of ink in the tube, so they wouldn't last long once you started to use them for writing! I'm a bit disappointed though, almost to the point of tears - none of mine have ever had a postcode on them...!

What did the return address say?
I've gotten them in the past from companies wanting to show their beautiful product... so that you buy more.

Yes I have one too.

There's a man who comes to our door every morning. He gave me it.

I think his name is Pat.
