Does she have AIDS? If not then you have nothing to worry about no matter what you suck.
HIV is in bodily fluids...if a woman isn't lactating, and there are no open wounds or sores on the breast, there's no reason to be concerned that someone could become infected by sucking a breast...
However the virus is in sweat and saliava...to a much lesser extent...but if you know a person has the virus, how much risk are you willing to take?

ha. more chance you'll die of suffocation by sucking them....even though the virus is in breast milk, she'd have to first of all be excreting milk, secondly you'd have to drink shite loads of it and thirdly your mouth wud have to be full of cuts. also the virus dsnt last long outside the body so it wud have to get into those cuts in your mouth real quick.dnt be paranoid...oh and also she's have to have hiv, which i hope she dsnt....
