you can, but it's not advisable. First of all, the wet glass could clog up the blades in the mower, causing it to "choke up" and you'd have to stop and clean ou the blades. Also, since the ground is wet, it could pull out the grass by it's roots, leaving bare patches in the yard. Grass is harder to rake when it's wet also. The best thing to do if you really need to do some yard work is to pull out weeds, again since the ground is wet, you are more likely to get the root. Have Fun!

No. It will be too hard on the mower because the wet grass will get all clumped up above the blade making the blade harder to turn for the engine. At that rate you risk the engine getting too hot and then failing.
However there are mowers that have "high decks" ie...taller that can handle wet grass, but these mowers are usually very expensive.

If its absolutely saturated then i wouldn't bother but if its just wet then you still may need a fairly powerful mower because the grass will be harder to cut. Watch out for an uneven cut aswell, where the mower skips bits here and there at random. Watch out if its bogey aswell youll just plough trenches everywhere.
The short answer is yes.

Sure you can, but its going to get messy. The grass is going to clump up and cling to everything. If you have a mulching mower, it is not going to work very well. I'd wait a little while.

I wouldn't it just makes things messier and the wet grass hardens underneath by your blade.

You can but it will stick to the blades of your lawn mower and you could end up burning out the motor.

You can mow when it is wet, But it is very unpleasant. It you mean when it is a light sprinkle - It won't hurt it at all.

You can, but it's not good for your grass or your mower.
