from a psychological point of view, that man would feel different from other men, either ashamed or not very confident with the opposite sex.he'd be terrified of other men knowing about it,most men like to brague about their sexual adventures, and might start lying about it to divert the attention from himself. On a long run he might even turn to self pity and turn nasty and arrogant towards women and himself.unless that was a choice to stay pure due to his religious beliefs.

this 12 yeat old I am assuming didn't have a full adult sex life - - - so the next 12 year period was nothing different to the body as it had never experienced the honey
But(t) the mind honey is what the male species has more trouble with. Images. Car ads and 007 movies. Page 3 and Carry On films. Every night we have 5-10 dreams and men become aroused. The sub-conscious mind has the sex for you even if you appear to yourself not interested in that kinda thing. Unless we have these urges . . . the race would die out in broad terms. If a child between 12-24 was not confronted with lustful images then all he is left with is the odd arousal in the bath and dreamland. even if you don't know what a woman looks like the mr.winky part of you still enjoys being touched a little.
Result - in the real world of MTV and playboy the mental effect is too be frustrated, feel less than a man and maybe alter the way you pursue a woman when you do (maybe shy or maybe caveman methods)
Brought up in a village cave? Well, ignorance is bliss . . . and no major mental defects.

We just need to look at your input on here to find out the answer to that one too!
*lol. sound like zizou just described you! Especially the self pity - "why is life so hard?" and arrogance - "I'm the best answerer me!" - parts.

How would the man really know that the other men who said they had sex...really did? I think a lot of folks like to boast about conquests they never had. Psychologically ...it won't hurt you, I wouldn't be worried about this at all. If anything the man would be more mature & prepared for the experience.
