What Font Size do I need to select in WordArt to predouce characters 100 mm in height?

View the ruler on a new page. Try out different sizes of fonts until you get one thats near 10cm on the page and in print preview.

About 450 - 500 it depends on the font and which characters you are using.

trial and error i think, there cant be that many font sizes to go through can there

just take a letter, and keep going up till it measures 100mm

72 points is one inch (height) so work it out for yourself.
