Time to go home, sweetie! Ha,ha.. A real answer ? Supposedly it takes twenty-one days to make - break a habit. I wonder if that has anything to do with moon- tides or such?

lmao I like the rave comment!
If you're drunk for more than 3 days straight........you MIGHT be an alcoholic, why don't you attend an AA meeting, they'll be able to help you there! LOL

"what were once vices are now habits" - the doobie brothers
how long until a behavior becomes more than just an activity, but an essential component of your life? i guess you could let others define that for you, if you come up to them and they're surprised that you don't have a drink in your hand (or a funny hat on your head), you're now officially a partier. if you wanted to define it for yourself, when you get to the point where the thing (say jogging) you look forward to more than all else is a certain component of your day, would you be able to look yourself in the mirror and say, "yes. i am a jogger"? or a partier?
if you're concerned, there must be a reason. quit jogging so much!
