I have been working in my new company for 1 month and I still haven't talk to most of my co-workers, How do you make friends with them? I am kindda socially incapable. I need your help =(

why don't you try to smile often at your co workers. be pleasant to them always and say hi to them and start a spontaneous conversation with them. that's how to get started.

Friends in the workplace are fine, and I've always been lucky to make friends with majority of my co-workers, but try to keep the friendship to an acquaintance level. If something happens to the friendship, then the workplace will be horrible to work in (been there, done that).
Suggestion: invite them to lunch, or if you live in a big enough place then invite them to a social hour at your place (casual, cheese / crackers / wine type of social).

Invite someone to lunch and you treat. Then talk about THEM and the company. Take one at the time, that way, you can really talk to them personally. Once you get to know them (their birthdays, anniversaries, and such) you can organize a group lunch together. Maybe a potluck? Good luck to you.

Just talk to them. But a little advice keep the relationships strictly professional and not social.
