I think they are both great artists, but I think Beyonce can sing better than Rihanna, so I am choosing Beyonce.

Rihanna, She is amazing, Her voice in incredible, she beautiful and young. She has a lot of talent, and the conections to use them well. She will be bigger then a lot of people soon. And Beyonce is over played, over rated, and just plain anoying. She ruined Austin Powers for me
