just put you decimal number 64/100 and reduce...

2/3 is already a fraction. Point 64 ( .64 ) in a fraction is 64/100. So add 2/3 + 64/100 which equals 66/103. From there, it returns to the decimal equivalent of 1.560606 ... understand?
