You know, horny goat weed, and such herbs to make your orgasms better, and your penis harder by increasing the amount of blood, which makes an erection. I guess it's just generic viagra. Is it all just a gimic to make a quintillion bucks, or does that stuff really work?

they arent generic viagra. "generic" means it is the exact same drug just made by an off brand company, these prodcuts arent the same drug as viagra and most of that over the counter herbal stuff doesnt work or is very limited
if it does work its probably the placebo effect- its not actually doing anything but you feel different because you and your body thinks it is working

It depends
it can be physiological too much activity going on in the brain..
or that the person you are with does nothing for you..
sometimes these remedies work sometimes they don't
if it was me id see a herbalist or my GP
