can anybody provide an example for this ?

ummm.....no actually, I am asking what type of business it is ?

well ok ...here i am posting some opetions...

1) if i have open a shop in my city and sells shirts,pants,household goods etc....will you call it a retail business ?

2) does retail business means only some specific commodities (say, only TVs) to be sold ?

3) do you mean any online website , say amazon,ebay etc who sells online , is a retail business ?


please clear these doubts ?

Walmart is a retail business, as is a Mom and Pop grocery store. Any store that sells to the public is a retailer.

Anything you're selling to the public is called retail. You're selling items through your own store to other people to buy.... that's called retail
