Obviously, YOU have some issues with it. I don't know if you're married or just asking the question.
If your wife is flirting, I think you should tell her how you feel. It doesn't matter what others think, what your wife thinks; it's what you feel and no words can change how you feel about the matter.
Tell her that you're not comfortable with her flirting and if she values your feelings, she should also respect your feelings and tone it down.
Good luck...

I don't know how I would feel for sure. My wife kids around and is fun but as far as flirting she only does not with me.
Myself on the other hand will flirt and joke around with women with my wife next to me. My wife has not problem with that because she knows me better that I even know myself. The type of flirting I do with others is not even close to how I flirt with my wife.
Being Husband and Wife you should know the difference.

I believe that she would be walking a fine line. It is wrong and the problem is that people out there get the wrong impression. It is a problem for you and obviously it is bothering you if you are asking the question. You should sit down with her and tell her it bothers you. It is time for an open conversation.

I am a married woman and both my husband and myself flirt with other people. Nothing serious... It's just words or looks. If you are not secure enough in your relationship then I guess it would be a problem because you have the fear that your spouse might leave you. If you really love each other and are truly committed then I see no problem with it.

relationships have clear boundaries. flirting by definition is a gesture of some interest, or fulfillment from the opposite sex, or sex of interest.
ask her what she is getting from her interactions. let her know your concerns. then agree on what you both should and should not do.
there are good consequences for violations....counseling and separations. not violence.

EZV is right... I also think it very disrespectful to the partner.
Friendly converstaion is ok... but if you are sure she is flirting let her know that it is unacceptable.
My husband unintentionally did it once & didn't quite realise what he was doing & that everyone noticed (quite embarrasing)... I let him know it was not right & that I wouldn't do it either.

It's fine by me and if the truth be told, she and I am sure others probably do it all the time anyway. But it really doesn't bother me.
