I worked in a very vicious working enviroment... misunderstandings will also happen... even so... you shld cleared it up instantly. talk and sit down w that colleauge to build back the bridge that was broken earlier. In this world..misunderstangs occures everytime. If te misunderstanding cannot be cleared all at once.. find a person that is the frens of u two and tell that person to act as a mediator and ask that fren to help explain to that colleague on your behalf... this will always works.. cos I am in this position.... hope this helps.

Don't be calculative,selfish and act smart, always help others when needed. Follow the practise of office politics, hopefully this will avoid misunderstanding between colleagues.

to avoid misunderstandin ... we muz have trust in each other firstly than sort out tings which u are unhappy or happy being with the person.. and do compromise and do not get angry or wild wen sorting tings out.. in that way u guyz cn have an everlastin friendship !
