Dude those are, Unfortunately for you, ALL terrorist outfits operating within India that are tagetting Indian people and assets for destruction. Unlike our neighbour Pakistan which merrily exports terrorists of all hues and dogma to victims such as India, Aghanistan and America (19 of the 9/11 hijackers were pakis).
I would really appreciate it if my country India could return the favour and kill innocents like the flexible Paksitani state can and does. Hoever being a "soft" country and hugely divided by internal pressures we are being bled to death slowly and this perhaps will someday result in the creation of several small bastar- nations like Pakistan who are hell-bent on destroying all things civil. Khuda hafiz. ;-)

A country is declared a Terrorist State, if it supports a terrorist organisation. What you have listed is all the terrorist organisations that operate against India. So, countires that support these organisations should be the ones that are declared as "Terrorist States".

A State is declared a terrorist state if it supports terrorists.
Not if its being attacked by terrorists of all kinds.
Anyway most of the terrorist organisations you named are either communist Terrorist organisation or Christian terrorist organisation.You surprisingly left out those run by Muslims any way...
It still does not make India a terrorist state but one being under constant attacks by all kinds of terrorists.

Many Indians have died fighting against them..
