Unfortunately, you cannot.
When you use the unsubscribe method, it flags your IP to other Data Miners to send you more SPAM. All you can do is continue to report the SPAM to your Mail server, or send the offending link to the Government Agencies that are trying to prohibit SPAMMING.
Worse Case Scenerio: Get a new ID and NEVER, NEVER go to advertising sites, don't sign up for Questioners that promise money in return for you answering questions/reviews or any other questionable sites. This will NOT stop ALL SPAM, but it will limit them to a smaller handful.
OH! BTW, sites like POGO and other "popular" sites have Miners to send SPAM.

Just make sure that if you mark something as SPAM, it's not a news letter or mailing list that you actually opted into at some point. It's REALLY annoying to those of us who maintain news letters when you sign up to receive it, then turn around and use the "Report SPAM" button instead of just clicking "unsubscribe".
That can lead to our site being blacklisted by search engines and email clients, so not only are we screwed over, but everyone who actually DID want our news letter is as well. Please, don't be lazy.
Thanks,
Nicholas,

If you are using Yahoo Mail, go to Mail Options and configure the bulk mail options. Make sure you do not down load the images in bulk mails. If you are using any other mail service just switch on that services spam guard option (or what ever they call it). In Yahoo, the spam mail is not counted over you mil quota. So it’ll be OK for you. Just make sure you don’t open them as they contain tracker images to check weather the mail address is active or not.

When you find out, let me know. I'm getting the same crap. I have tried using the mail options filters and the spam blockers but they still come thru.

never reply to them because it will prompt them to send you more emails. buy an antivirus software that can address spam from your email.
some filters need you to tweak on them to make them more effective. some antivirus software have a seperate folder for emails they are not sure if its spam or not, and places those doubtful emails there.
