If some one does that , then the simplest thing you can do is go to the yahoo disable account option or at the most delete yahoo account option .
That will delete the yahoo account.But you will loose all the details.
But you can also change your password if you remember your secret Question ,or contact yahoo Customer care. They help

Close that account and create a new one. Get stronger password.
