hey im 14 and i have noticed that one of my nuts hangs lower then the othe....my left 1 hangs alot lower... is this bad?

It depends on a little more detail to answer that question. If one is retracted (high lying), it may simply be incompletely descended. If it is painful and high lying, especially if this occurs suddenly, you need to see a surgeon ASAP as it may be torted (ie twisted) and needs surgical repair within six hours if the testicle is to remain vaible.
However, if it is simply that one of them is low lying, it is possible that you may have a hernia above it? Is there a lump that comes and goes sometimes arising in the groin on the same side?
Most probably however, it just a normal variation and in the absence of any othe symptoms I woudn't worry about it too much.

This is completely normal.
If they hung side by side, they wouldn't fit into your pants as good !
You have nothing to worry about.

That is normal, they fit better in the sack better when your walking I beleive.
