well if you both are virgins, maybe you are just psychologically not "in tune" with the life-changing experience of having sex for the first time. There are many books out there that you can buy. Try Sex for Dummies, or the Idiot's Guide for Having Sex, or a similiar book. Maybe it will suggest ways to get in the mood, where maybe you will feel more comfortable and can enjoy the first moment of sexual pleasure.
Of course you should wait till you are married before having sex, but i know not many people do that in life. Just buy a book, then, and get it on!!!

Make sure you're completely hard first by doing a lot of foreplay beforehand. Use one hand to find her opening and use the other to guide your penis in. Sometimes a little warming gel can ease it in better too - have good safe fun!
