The iRad is a great stick. Are you playing MP or OS? Why are you looking to switch? We really need more information about what you are looking for in order to make sound recommendations.
My best advice to you is to go to the Tennis Warehouse Message Boards and post some additional information. You will get many solid opinions (some not so solid as well!) there and will have an opportunity to learn about a lot of possible replacement sticks. They have a forum set up just for racquets. This may be a very good resource for you.

A squash racket appears to have a longer handle and the head is smaller. The stringing is very similar and the tension on the strings is made to suit the individual player. The squash ball is smaller and softer than a tennis ball and can have different degrees of bounce according to the colour of the spot on the ball.
