Do you want to earn or not ?
Its the Customer who pays you or the Company
If you are Not able to Give a Good Product that customer likes then I don't think any company will give you job.
Forget your Degree there are 3.5 Lacks Engg Passed out in a year from india.
Don't think A Degree is only the thing which gives you job.
Unless you are good enough with Soft - skills too its really Tough to get a job.
I recommend Better you should improve the skills.Ok its good to have knowledge on some field but Think Man We live in a world. and Job is just a way to serve better to man kind.

There might be Possibility you don't want to work as call Center guys that Handles Stupids Calls From all over the World.
But they have enough knowledge Don't think they don't know any thing.Company don't Choose Stupids.
There Might be chances you may find my words hard.But you way of asking is not impressing at all.

If you mean Tech Support in call center, it is a non-technical job.
For technical , try applying in IT companies. Many companies take candidates from different fields of engineering.

U have earned B.E(Electronics) with distinction and want to work in Call centre jobs. dont do that.
Try to get job in Software companies that too in Development side.
Learn .Net or Java or Testing.
try as a fresher to get into top MNC's.
