Try changing the direction in which you rest your head . Also, place an iron key under your pillow .
I do not have any explanation for the key thing , I was advised this by others but it works .
And sleeping in the wrong direction does affect our dreams. Its my personal experience. Whenever I used to sleep with my head resting in south direction I got horrible dreams. Real bad ones and I used to end up crying . But just a mere change in direction worked miracles and nightmares changed into sweet dreams .
Try it , it won't harm . It might help you instead .
Do that & just take God's name & enjoy your sleep .

A dream psychologist might interpret these dreams as a "weight of the world on your shoulders" issue seeing as you have a relationship you constantly work hard on, school and I'm sure you also have a job to worry about. A new study has also shown that people have more nightmares when the room is cold. There are many techniques you can try to stop or at least slow down the frequency of those dreams. My favorite is a well known technique called lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming has been used by by many people from psychiatrists to Buddhist monks where at some point in your dream you realize your dreaming and then be able to control them. Some meditate or think about one thing hard while falling asleep but I use a technique founded by a famous psychologist were you dream like normal but try to find something that doesn't belong; like a talking cat, a wife you've never met or in your case monsters. With training and practice as soon as you know this thing doesn't belong you can tell yourself "this HAS to be a dream" and then be able to change your situation. There is one documented lucid dreaming case where an over weight woman taught herself to lucid dream so she always dreamed of herself sitting at a huge banquet table and gorged herself. When she woke up she found herself to be less hungry there-by loosing weight. I remember several nightmares of my own that I have changed as well, usually I fly away from the situation or forcing myself snap out of it and wake up. There are many books on the subject written by accredited psychiatrists, I recommend looking for one. Good luck.

A person’s life is full of dreams. Dream can be about one’s ambition which he gets fulfilled with the passage of time thru his own hard work, intelligence, good planning and with the blessings of Almighty. Another is day dreaming which is really not a good habit and can be controlled with one’s will power. But what about the dreams a person experiences during sleep. Do they hv effect in our real life? What do they mean? What is their interpretation? The person asks to his friends, elders and seniors in his social circle. Sometimes he gets satisfactory reply and sometimes not. These days Internet is a rich source of information. So one does not need to depend on others for one’s dream interpretation. The Yahansmaniac Community member suggests the following.

Dreams are strange things. I usually find that my dreams consist of either what I've been thinking about lately or what I've experienced throughout that particular day. If you have been watching some horror films or played/watched someone play some graphic games that could explain it. Either that or they're just random dreams with no relevance to anything.

Stress can be a big factor in bad dreams, maybe you feel as if something is tearing you or someone you love apart and your worried and the dreams are just how your mind is showing you, look at your everyday life and see if something is eating at you and deal with it and see if the dreams stop.

having a nightmare usually connects, with what happens on the real life..i mean not like myth or horror. i mean, maybe you have some problems with your friend, parents, phobia with something maybe animals.. that kindda problems.. to find out, it's better you see a doctor / therapist / pschology to dig..what's your problem in the past, that still you can't forget it... or even you didnt' realize it.. hang out & have some relax activities, can bring positive effects to your mind, and have a nice sleep then... good nite dude !

I am just wondering what you are eating before you go to bed. That could be part of the cause. Another thing, do you usually watch tv before goin to bed? That could also be playing a role in the nightmares. Hope you get rid of them!!

Maybe you think that you're life is a little bit boring. You're not scared in your dreams so maybe you should take up skydiving or something to really get your adrenaline flowing in your life. Maybe then you don't have to get it from your dreams.
