A 'field' (note the spelling) is a form of non-mechanical connection between two things which causes a force to be exerted between them.

I think you mean the law of universal gravitation. It simply says that there exists between two masses a field (called a gravitational field) which exerts a force of
F=GMm/r² between them where M and m are the two masses, r is the distance between their centers of mass, and G is the universal gravitational constant (look up its value in your physics book)

Several years of physics classes would answer your question. One year of English would teach you how to spell "field".
