Personaly I do not need them - I have all of this keys on my keyboard. But I have some suggestions for you:

1. You can sell this keys on eBay. If you will be lucky, you may start your business on eBay - buy unnecessary keys from your relatives and sell them.
2. You can replace your keyboard with another one without this keys - it must be more cheaply and you will return the difference.
3. Try to win in the Microsoft's lottery "Collect twenty unnecessary Pause keys and win one Start key".
4. Build a small house using your keys as a bricks. You may be able to sell or rent this house.
5. You can offer your keys for charity - giveaway to people who need them, but can not buy.
6. Go to the repair shop and offer your keys here.
7. Create your Web site for selling unnecessary keys and promote it with Google AdWords.
8. Create small keyboard with this keys. May be somebody use only this keys?
9. Put them in a box, decorate and give it as a gift to your friend. It is very cheap, original and expressive gift.
10. You can start to collect different keys from different keyboard types, like others do it for post marks or postcards.

Please, tell me, if you need additional ideas.
