You CAN NOT take it if you are on certain types of blood pressure medications or have certain conditions involving the heart, liver and kidney. These are serious drugs. If you are healthy and NOT ON ANY OTHER MEDICATION there's no big deal.

But if you have any health issues- especially high blood pressure- then don't.

Having said that, if you are desperate for a shag you might want to try something like Kamagara which is a similar type of thing but much less extreme in it's effects. Kamgara(Kamagra?) is available on Ebay- ( I believe).
