Why can't I post a message on the message board?

I keep getting the run around. henever I try to post a message on the message board for the last 2 days, it comes back with a message that no page can be displayed at this time. why the runn around.

if its Yahoo, think they have gremlins lurking in some systems at the moment

Perhaps you are using CAP Lock
