I accidentally began installing it but decided to abort. BAD. Now it has a corrupted file and so can't be removed either by Remove Programmes OR by searching and deleting. It keeps popping up as a start up - but it's not in the start up menu. The damn thing won't go away no matter what I do and tells me each time I open my computer (and goes through the motions of starting up) that it has placed an ICON on my desktop so I can install later. I tried to install it thinking I could then remove it but no that didn't work either and continues to tell me that I have a corrupted file and will put the ICON on my desktop to install later. It's driving me nuts. HELP!

We had incredimail and also had the same problem. We had to take it to a computer person to get rid of it because our virus scan kept detecting it. Im sorry but I know no other way
