Howza 'bout just purchasing unlimited local and long distance ....they have that ya' know ! Pay the flat rate ...it won't kill ya' !!!

it wont ever be created by phone manufacturers as thus ppl wud always be more concious about their spending and wud spend less, and that wud be a drawback to the phone operator.
