I assume you are a parent taking 15 year olds? There are lots of resorts out there that offer activities for teens, especially cruises. I also don't think they can get into too much trouble on a cruise. Disneyland or Disney World is appealing at any age. Or somewhere where they can do lots of water sports and such. I have to say though, when I was 15 I didn't want to go anywhere with my parents. I often went on my own trips to visit friends or go with my youth group or camping.

In germany in a "normal" german family to learn much more about germany and their people i think - not allone it is too danger for a boy of 15 years.

well depending on their interests id recommend mainland spain madrid , barcelona loads to do and the weathers great another great city would be Munich in germany , they have the huge olympic stadium where you can go to see Football matches , you can skate in the ice rink , great cultural city too.Eurodisney is always a safe bet .
