cover with natural yogurt before going to bed. You will need to wear a sanitary towel overnight and probably a good idea to put plenty of the yogurt inside as well. You should be much better by morning.

Canasteen either cream or suppository. Also a natural method is to use live yogurt, (a bit messy and best used at night). Apply internally with a gyno syringe and also on the outer parts with your hand. You should also eat live yogurt as this will help your urine eliminate the itching when you urinate. IF it continues see you doctor for oral medicine.

Go see a doctor or a specialist, I kept itching and they treared me for vaginitis, quess what after 6 months of treatment, it was cancer so don't fool around.
