This question is a bit like how long is a piece. you wont find a phone with these features for under £120 ish. Although you might if you choose a handset that didn't have infra red. as that is being phased out of phones. the sony errison k750 has most of those features and a desent camera. be carful of phones that say there an mp3 player and have a small ammount of memory. (v220 most of the v3 series) they will play mp3 but only really as ring tones so there not really an mp3 player.

Actually there is one cheaper than £120 dont worry about that. This one is £109 and includes the £10 airtime credit also. Its the Nokia 6230i. It has dropped in price over the past 2 months by £50 so its a top phone i know 3 people who have it and its great especially for the MP3, radio and Bluetooth. WHat a top phone so go for it

try Woolworths, some great phone bargains on at the moment....
