Life is difficult or hard depending upon the circumstances in which you were born and your willingness to do something about it. You can sit down and cry about what you don't have or you can fight your way to a better tomorrow.

It really depends on yourself! The person you are, how good your coping mechanisms are etc. Naturally this goes back from your childhood! What you learnt from your parents, then at school or playing with your friends (Peer group) how you can handle a crisis and! Your ability to relax, and laugh!

Seriously laughing does help. When you know you've done something wrong, to be able to laugh at yourself, call yourself a silly goose does help but it leads you to relax, learn about yourself and how to cope in any given situation as well! So helps your self-confidence.

Life is never a straight ride, not for the vast majority of us anyway but as you go along, you gain more experience and you learn a few pointers.

How can you make your life easier? Relax! don't get het up or worried about anything, tell yourself that, and if things look pretty gloom at times, you're you, you're unique and you'll make it. Trust yourself, believe in yourself and know that each and every time you've sorted yourself/things out in the past, you've made yourself a stronger person.

Make time for yourself, pamper yourself, either a good walk or a long soak in the bath whatever you think helps you relax and every night, before going to bed, tell yourself to switch off negative mood, switch on positive mood before you go to sleep!

It will help you sleep and wake up feeling more relax so you'll be able to think more clearly.

it actually depends on you. whether you burden yourself by being either so pessimistic or you simply cram things up or you mess people's lives and it backfires, whatever, stuffs like that. the best thing to do to make it easy is to be responsible in every way you can--ya know, doing what you must do. trying not to be too self-centered but of course, you must also love yourself too. and find time to enjoy. generally, i think it's all about how YOU manage it properly in the best way you can. just apply the golden rule . . . haha. i suck at this. :) but i hope i was useful? . . . somehow? . . . I wouldn't say it's difficult, but it's definatley not easy! Life is what you make of it! It is a challenge.

no..life is difficult..but one has to make it easy,happening and interesting..try to be busy..make a definate hobby or aim and go nuts achieving it...life will automatically become easy,happening and interesting..try out...it really works..
