I site back on my sofa , listen to music i say to myself ...
so i'm having problems right now ... no i have always had problems ... so what was these problems .... i don't remember some of them had gone ... that's nice so some problems had gone well , will the others might be going as well ?? ... I guess they may ...... so that's it i'm having all my life problems .... yes i may put it that way but the word problem is relative , i mean our problems is not problems for other people and other people problems is not a problem to me !!!! ... so the word problem is the way i put it ..... okay i'll put things together ...
All our life we face some difficulties and some of our wishes don't come try we call all that problems , time passes by some of the difficulties are gone and our desire about something is gone , and it's not only me in the world who had problems , and even the word problem is a relative word it depend upon the person and the situation . So i shouldn't let the problem take that much place in my thinking specially if i hate it that much . I just should live day by day . I should live for today and let tomorrow live for it's own . Okay but what if i am facing a real big problem , i hold down a paper and write these points :
1- I must bring all the information about my problem
2- I must write down steps or point to try to solve my problem or if my problem has no solution i'll will try to save what can be saved .......
Just the most important thing at all that you be happey and don't let any thing get to you , got me ? .....

Everyone has periods of rough times. The key is to get your mind off of your problems, even if just for a short while. Your mind, just like your body occasionally needs to rest!
What do you love to do? Do you have a hobby or activity that you really enjoy? For instance, I can get so absorbed in reading a good book that I forget about everything else while I'm reading it, and the world just quietly slips away.
When I'm done, the problems are still there, of course, but I've had a nice breather from thinking about them. Often, just by NOT thinking about a problem, I have a fresh perspective on it when I eventually return to it, and solutions begin to come clear...
So, find some way to unwind, give your mind a break so you can relax for a bit!

An excellent question,I give it a thumbs up.When life becomes too much for me,Iisten too James Taylor on my CD player,and write in my journal.When I write,I am able to get all my anger,frustrations, and problems down on paper.
I say whatever I want. I feel so much better and the next day when i come back to write in my journal ,I re-read my last entry.
Also,I fill up my bathtub with warm water and vanilla smelling bubble bath,light a couple of candles and have a long soak.That relaxes me and I feel my anxiety leave my body.When I worry about things ,That I am unable to control,I say to myself :" Live for today,not in the past,and don't think about what the future Will bring". This quote helps me.I am giving your question a thumbs-up. Take -care.

ask ppl around me to give me a moment to breath
then i would sit for hours and hours and read or be on the computer, or walk, just so that i can sort things out, there is no need to stress over thing, i also talk about what is bothering me, i don't talk to everyone about everything, just whats bugging me the most, then i find i can sort it better
i also identify what is bothering me, if its work, friends, bf, pms, or what ever it is, and i try to fix that first, i never use drugs, i was prescribed something for my nerves, but found that when i took it, i was like a zombie, so i stopped that, and just dealt with it,

i put together a detailed plan, then impliment it. I knda blast it out, to give me more power. goto school, work out, get projects going. It takes some time, but it's the only thing I can think of doing.

i look into my daughters eyes and realise that life is not as bad as what it seems....everything i do it is for her....when i need to get thru difficult times she is my light to guide me thru the dark...
