Hey! I've got a small mole on my left one!
I digress. Back to pertinent topics.
If it's small, and doesn't bleed or itch, it should be fine. If you are simply worried that the mole can be cancerous, or if it itches/bleeds/bothers you, get an appointment with your local hospital to get a biopsy done.
