book a flight to the philippines. when you're here then you are now a full pledge tourist. no need to join a group.

Whenever you leave home to another place, that makes you a tourist there. If you want to see things there and go with a group, you need to take a tour. Since you haven't travelled before, you best go to a travel agent who will not charge you any thing. If you try to book something on the internet, you will have a lot of problems as you are not an experienced traveler. A travel agent can tell you all the ins and outs about what to do, etc.

Just go out of your town and go visist another town and walk around with a camera and y ou are a tourist. Thats how you are one.
