Some ideas: a glass with water and false teeth, adult diapers and a pacifier, a wig, a book about "plastic surgery gone wrong" to discourage him from doing anything stupid, ridiculous platform shoes fom the early 60's, a disco ball, the seamonkeys his parents wouldn't buy him when he was a kid, a 60's "porn" movie, etc.
The flat cap and pipe is a fun and lovely idea too! =)

Sus him out on what he was into when he was a lete teen/early twenty and then buy him something that fits in with that theme. Men love to revisit their youth around about their forties.
