Rub a small amount of Vaseline on your lips. It works well for chapped lips and keeps your lips looking red and shiny. However if you're going for a shine-free look, just gently rub off the Vaseline after 5 minutes. Your lips will stay red all day long.

Well, I actually bought a amry kay product recently but I am sure you can buy it at the drug store too.
It is like a exfoliating scrub for your lips. It takes all the dead skin of the lip area and when you wipe it off, it makes your lips a gorgeous re/blush colour that lasted for days. You use the scrub on the lips 2 a week. I am tellin' ya I love this product and I don't really like Mark Kay at all.
It cost $8.00 and I have had it for 3 months it works like it's no one's business. Try it out.

Haha~ that's a hard one...I can't let the color stay but I'll tell you a little tip.
I put on eye makeup a lot but don't like wearing lipstick so at work when a cute guy shows up or before I go see a guy, I bit my lips...(not so hard though, you don't want teeth marks) and then it stays red for a while. ^^

apply margarine on your lips before going to bed every single night until you like the redness of your lips. Or try lip gloss, it is better than lipstick.

Try a lip stain, Vincent Longo's Lip & Cheek Gel Stain is a great one. It feels like nothing and wears off gradually & evenly.

If you wear chapstick you can at least gloss them up a bit. However to get them red....simply roll your lips back in between your teeth and bite a little to add slight pressure...It is just like pinching your cheeks to get them pink...it does work.

if you've already wore makes ups for a while, you can't keep it red. your lips can only be naturally red only if you've never used lipsticks.(never mind if your lips are not red to start with.)

Your lips are naturally red because of blood vessels. So keep them moisturized and massage them.
