Are there any other thing to help reduce swelling apart from the normal frozen peas thing.please if you no of any iv got a bump on my head and it isnt going down very fast.thank you

ibruprofen or neuro fen should help or try witch hazel gel or eaude cologne that should help soothe the problem.

Sit down, put your feet up and rest. The bump probably wont go down until a few days at least. You should see the bump my little girl has on the back of her head after tripping backwards on her skipping rope!!!

Best thing you can do is not to move around too much as you may get dizzy spells.

Arnica cream to apply to the area and arnica pillues to take. Should help with the swelling and the bruise

if the bump is excessive the bone could have been damaged, see a medical professional if you are worried, if just aesthetic suggest the ice compression thing and give it time

Put a lump of cold butter on it, sounds kinda gross but it really works. Might want to wash your hair after though.

Cold helps but the lump will take it‘s own natural course
to re-absolve.

take a pain relief and rub it i know it hurts but rubbing will get the blood to it and it should go down
